About the Program
The Progressive Turnout Project (PTP) Campaign Fellows Program increases Democratic voter turnout by placing trained fellows on priority campaigns.
This is a hands-on opportunity combining paid field experience, structured training, and real electoral impact in competitive races that determine control of state legislatures and Congress.
What You’ll Do
Field Work (Core Responsibility)
● Knock doors and engage voters to increase turnout
● Communicate campaign messaging clearly and respectfully
● Accurately record voter data using tools like MiniVAN
● Meet weekly goals for voter contact and turf completion
Campaign Integration
● Work within an assigned campaign or partner field program
● Support canvass launches, staging locations, and volunteer efforts
