Congressman Steven Horsford's reelection campaign is seeking motivated students and emerging leaders to join our team as ** Campaign Fellows**. This fellowship is designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience in political campaigns while building practical skills in voter outreach, organizing, communications, and campaign operations.
Whether you're interested in public service, politics, advocacy, communications, or nonprofit work, this fellowship offers an opportunity to learn directly from experienced campaign professionals while contributing to one of the nation's most competitive congressional races.
Campaign Fellows will participate in a variety of campaign activities, including:
Conducting direct voter contact through canvassing, phone banking, and text banking
Assisting with voter registration and community outreach efforts
Supporting campaign events, town halls, and volunteer activities
Recruiting and engaging volunteers
Learning how voter databases and campaign technology are used to organize outreach
Assisting with campaign office operations and administrative projects
Participating in campaign trainings and strategy discussions
Collaborating with organizers and campaign leadership on field priorities
Throughout the fellowship, participants will gain practical experience in:
Modern field organizing and voter engagement
Political communications and messaging
Campaign planning and operations
Event management and logistics
Data-driven organizing using campaign technology
This fellowship is intended to provide a strong foundation for students interested in careers in politics, public policy, government, advocacy, nonprofit leadership, or community organizing.
We're looking for candidates who are:

Reliable, organized, and eager to learn
Strong communicators who enjoy working with people
Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
At least 17 years old
Previous campaign experience is ** not required**
Campaign Fellows receive:
$500 monthly stipend

Professional references upon successful completion of the fellowship
10 hours per week, with flexible scheduling around class and work commitments. Evening and weekend opportunities are available.
