Description:
Crowley for Wisconsin is seeking Campaign Fellows to support our growing team. This position plays a vital role across our campaign operation, providing general capacity support spanning voter contact, event staffing, volunteer engagement, data, and administrative needs. Applications will be accepted and considered on a rolling basis.
Core Responsibilities:
Voter & Volunteer Contact
Conduct voter contact as part of campaign outreach programs
Co-host volunteer events, including setup and volunteer support
Assist with volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing engagement
Event Support
Staff and support campaign events
Execute event recruitment outreach via calls, emails, and texts
Manage RSVP lists and assist with day-of logistics as needed
Data & Administrative Support
Assist with data entry, list management, and reporting tasks
Help prepare materials, correspondence, and other operational needs
Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized across multiple tasks
Good written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Eagerness to learn, share insights, and collaborate across teams
