Legion Outreach Consulting is hiring field managers to assist with campaigns for Democratic candidates based in the five boroughs and Nassau County. This temporary position requires a commitment of 4-5 days a week. The general working hours are from 4PM to 8PM on weekdays and 11AM to 3PM on weekends. This position may lead to further opportunities for the remainder of this election cycle, with possibilities for promotion or a pay increase subject to performance and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
Field managers are required to train and oversee canvassers, conduct quality control checks on performance and results, and coordinate closely with other field organizers to ensure campaign goals and objectives are met. Candidates must be located/able to travel within NYC and/or Nassau County.
