Finance Manager - DC Delegate Race (Kinney Zalesne)
We’re hiring a Finance Director to manage all aspects of the campaign’s fundraising operation.
Responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing the campaign’s fundraising plan
Managing donor outreach, tracking pledges, and following up with prospects
Organizing candidate call time, including preparing materials and tracking progress
Coordinating and supporting fundraising events
Drafting and sending fundraising emails and materials
Ensuring donations are processed and recorded accurately
Working with compliance consultants to meet all reporting requirements
Providing regular updates on fundraising progress to the campaign team
Qualifications:
Prior campaign fundraising or political finance experience
Comfortable using NGP, ActBlue, and Google Sheets/Excel
Strong organizational and written communication skills
Able to manage multiple deadlines and tasks at once
DC-based or willing to relocate; some in-person work required
