Duties:
Direct Voter Contact through texting, phone calls and canvassing
Assist with campaign targeting and coordinated canvassing efforts
In-house mail programs
Date Entry
Takeaways from internship
How a political campaign runs and functions
How to use proprietary voter data software
Make connections in Illinois politics
For Fran Hurley’s 2026 campaign, we are looking for motivated individuals wishing to work hard and make a name for themselves. You will get as much out of this internship as you put in. This is a great way to open doors for yourself and get started in Illinois politics. We are extremely flexible with class schedules, we just require that you work a minimum of 10 hours per week.
