Internship Overview:
Drew Warshaw for New York is seeking Campaign Interns to assist the support finance, policy, and administrative operations. This internship will be ** unpaid**. The expectations for the role include** a repeatable schedule of at least 8 set hours per week**, assisting the team in the following areas:
Finance
Maintain donor databases – ensuring timely data entry and organized upkeep
Conduct donor research
Prepare briefing materials for events and meetings
Draft donor communications
Provide staffing support at events, as needed
Support grassroots fundraising efforts through phone banking
Other duties, as assigned
Policy
Conduct research on relevant policy issues and provide memos to campaign team, as assigned
Translate complex policy information into campaign communications
Administrative
Other duties as assigned.
