Position Overview
The Campaign Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the campaign, manage staff and volunteers, and drive strategic execution across all functions—including field, communications, digital, and finance. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive, and mission-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced political environments and brings both strategic and operational expertise to the table.
Key Responsibilities
Working closely with the Campaign Consultant Team to:Coordinate campaign operations in collaboration with the candidate and senior consultants.
Supervise and coordinate the work of interns and volunteers.
Manage the field data systems (e.g., VAN) and ensure effective targeting and reporting.
Manage the campaign’s fundraising program in coordination with the consulting Finance Director and Candidate.
Support call time, donor research, event planning, and public appearances.
Qualifications
At least one full campaign cycle of experience in a senior role (Campaign Manager, Deputy Campaign Manager, Finance Director, or senior department lead). At least two campaign cycles in any role.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance strategic vision and attention to detail.
Proven ability to work with staff, consultants, and volunteers effectively.
Familiarity with VAN, NGP, Google Workspace, and common digital tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
We are seeking candidates who are either located in South Florida or willing to relocate for the duration of the campaign.
