Alabama State House Campaign Manager
Democratic State Representative seeks a Campaign Manager for Alabama’s most competitive state house district.
This is a November 2026 general election campaign cycle, full-time position based in North Alabama. The ideal candidate will have experience in volunteer recruitment, organizing, field, and campaign management. Start date is January 15, 2026 or as soon as possible.
Responsibilities will include:
· Assist candidate with fundraising, including call-time management
· Analyze district data and develop precinct prioritization plan
· Manage volunteers
· Work with vendors and consultants around digital and mail programs
· Develop and implement a GOTV strategy
Ideal Qualifications and Requirements:
· Experience with VAN/VoteBuilder
· Experience recruiting and training volunteers
· Ability to work well with a range of different people and personalities
· Ability to quickly learn the district down to the precinct level
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
· Experience working in diverse communities
· Driver’s license and access to a car
Candidate will be required to work campaign hours, including nights and weekends. Expected salary is $4000-$4500 per month, commensurate with experience. Supporter housing may be available.
