Our campaign is focused on economic fairness, accountability in government, and ensuring working class families have a real voice in Washington. We officially qualified for the ballot and are now building the core leadership team to scale our campaign across the district.
The Campaign Manager will work closely with the candidate to oversee the daily operation of the campaign and help build the infrastructure needed to compete in a Democratic primary.
Responsibilities may include:
• Managing day to day campaign operations
• Coordinating volunteers and campaign staff
• Helping organize fundraising efforts and call time
• Scheduling events and candidate appearances
• Supporting communications, email, SMS, and digital outreach
• Helping implement the campaign's strategic plan
This is currently a grassroots campaign and this position begins as volunteer based while the campaign continues to raise funds and grow its infrastructure.
The goal is to transition key leadership roles into paid positions as resources allow and as legally permitted.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, mission driven, and excited to help build a competitive grassroots campaign from the ground up.
