Congresswoman Dina Titus (NV-01) is seeking a hard-working, experienced professional to join her team as Campaign Manager for the 2026 election cycle. NV-01 is a top Frontline race in a major battleground state. Ideal candidates will have experience within a congressional campaign, strong fundraising skills, thorough knowledge of campaign organization, and the ability to hire, train and motivate campaign staff.
Responsibilities
Draft and execute a comprehensive campaign-wide plan and oversee day-to-day operations of the congressional campaign. Work with the entire team to make key strategic decisions.
Hire, train, and manage all departments of the campaign team including finance and organizing staff.
Track and oversee a multi-million-dollar budget and cashflow processes with compliance to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Work closely with the Member and team to make paid media decisions.
Support and staff the candidate as needed and manage their time as efficiently as possible.
Develop and manage a call time program that builds and maintains the Congresswoman’s relationships with new and past donors.
Building and managing relationships with the DCCC, fundraising partners, and allied groups.
Other responsibilities depending on the needs of the campaign.
Requirements
At least two full campaign cycles, including one in a leadership role.
Experience with budgeting, cash flow, fundraising, and managing staff, principals, and consultants.
Proficiency with NGP, ActBlue, Excel, Google Drive & call time tools.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to balance competing tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail.
Working knowledge of campaign finance law and reporting requirements.
Willingness to work irregular hours including nights and weekends.
Valid driver’s license. Must have access to a vehicle and be willing to relocate to Las Vegas, NV. Must also have access to a cell phone & personal computer.
