Campaign Manager, Sandra Van Scotter for Congress CA-20
About the Race
CA-20 is one of the key races to help flip the Central Valley and take back the House in 2026. Running against four-term incumbent Vince Fong, Sandra Van Scotter is a longtime respiratory therapist and current Direct Support Professional serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. A resident of Ridgecrest since 2014, Sandra has traveled over 30,000 miles across the district to meet voters where they are. A mother of three and grandmother of two, she is running because she believes CD20 deserves a representative who actually shows up — with regular town halls and real responses to constituents, not silence. Sandra is a longtime advocate for disability rights and veterans' issues, and she's committed to bringing that same fight to Congress. The general election is November 3, 2026.
