**One Sentence Purpose: **The Campaign Organizer is responsible for overseeing successful priority state field programs + managing Sunrise’s distributed voter contact campaign.
Responsibilities
Manage Voter Mobilization - 60%
Oversees and coordinates Sunrise’s civic engagement efforts in tier 1 states
Manages the Distributed Electoral Organizer who runs our volunteer program
Holds partner relationships with groups working in our tier 1 states
National Campaign Support - 30%
Supports Sunrise’s climate emergency and C4 program Action planning
Participate in campaign division meetings and strategic planning (Squad Field Calls, WFP, NextGen, Seed the Vote, Reject AIPAC)
Supports Green New Deal/Climate advocacy campaigns - 10 %
Is a member of the distributed team
Supports projects that organize and train hubs
Qualifications
Must Haves
At least 2 years doing election work (specifically field campaigns).
Has planned at least 3 canvass launches or large campaign events
Experience using distributed tools and voter file tools
Nice To Haves
Experience with data tracking and budgeting
Experience building issue advocacy campaigns
Experience in an issue based organization or movement
Lives in Arizona or is willing to travel monthly to Arizona
