Campaigns often struggle to identify talent based on real skills rather than job titles alone. At the same time, talented campaign professionals are frequently overlooked because their experience does not fit a neat box.
This Campaign Talent Pool is designed to help address that gap.
This is not a single open position. Instead, candidates who apply will be added to a growing talent pool of campaign professionals and receive an independent skills based campaign assessment along with personalized feedback. Participation is currently free for candidates.
As campaigns begin hiring through this program, candidates may be considered for future opportunities based on role fit, experience, and campaign needs.
