Job Description
Fulfill phone appointments with people who indicate they might be interested in running for local office.
Validate, encourage and empower everyone you speak with.
Mostly listen, offering a lot of support and encouragement. Sometimes offer advice and other resources. Support prospective candidates in finding a seat to run in.
As needed, use online texting tools to communicate with prospective candidates.

Logistics
Set your own schedule by indicating when you’re available to work.
Sign up to work different kind of 2-hour shifts with different responsibilities and availability. Have your shifts confirmed weekly as we predict capacity needs.
In each shift, talk to prospective candidates or campaigns, and submit data foreach call
Around the end of the month, get paid for all your work:
$20/hour for meetings and trainings
$40/Desk Shift (which is about $20/hour)
Pay up to $35/hour for activities requiring more training and experience
10% of active Coaches are Leads. Eligibility starts after 25 shifts and a sustained connection rate of over 80%. Lead Coaches earn $25/hour and $50/Desk Shift. After 200 completed shifts your pay increases. We will be paying more for work that requires more training and experience.
Requirements
Reliable internet and phone connections.
Campaign experience, ideally working with candidates for local office or first-time candidates.
Attend a paid Coach Training and a monthly paid Coach Meeting.
