Identify areas where users may experience confusion and suggest improvements to the tool.
Develop tutorials, FAQs, and tips that help new users understand citation generation.
Work with the content team to produce clear and engaging materials for the website.
Monitor common citation-related questions and turn them into useful educational resources.
Strong written English and communication skills.
