Our country is at a critical turning point. The US faces a stark choice: stand up and fight for democracy or let autocratic rule take over. A small number of voters in a small number of areas regularly decide our future. The good news is many voters are open to talking, many volunteers are seeking meaningful ways to get involved, and our deep canvassing campaigns work!
Deep canvassing is a method of face to face political engagement proven to win others over in support of a cause. We train deep canvassers to tell stories so people will listen, and how to listen to people so they will talk.
We are hiring organizers to recruit, build, motivate teams of volunteers to build our campaign. If you have experience building a team, and you love working with a volunteer team, you will love this job.
