A competitive House race in California among the top targets for Democrats to flip in 2026 is seeking a Finance Director. The race has been named one of the top House races that will determine the Democrats taking back the House, making it one of the very few pick-up opportunities for Democrats in the country, across both the Senate and House.
The Finance Director for our race will be a key part of the campaign leadership, and will work closely with the Campaign Manager and finance consultant to develop and implement a strong fundraising strategy and finance plan that includes a high-yielding candidate call-time program and local and national fundraiser events. The Finance Director will be the lead on recruiting and planning fundraising events in California. The Finance Director will also work with the campaign’s finance consultant on developing productive donor research and maintaining donor relationships.
