Salary: $5,525 to $6,000 monthly (commensurate with experience)

Friends for Kathy Hochul is seeking a full-time Compliance Associate for the campaign of New York State’s first female Governor, Kathy Hochul. The role is responsible for supporting fundraising compliance and supporting financial operations.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with donors to collect required compliance forms
Track and maintain accurate records of outstanding and received documentation
Review incoming forms for completeness and flag any corrections or missing information needed
Support contribution processing
Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
Prior compliance, fundraising, or campaign experience a plus, but not required
Strong phone and email communication skills; comfortable with high-volume outreach
Exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
Comfort with, and ability to learn, new software or databases; Experience with NGP or QuickBooks a plus, but not required
