Founded by Diane Evans as Evans & Katz in 1996 and relaunched as Katz Compliance in 2023, the company has a long history of providing quality compliance services for clients through FEC reporting, state and local compliance reporting, committee start-up services, systems development, strategy and fundraising campaign support, accounting, bookkeeping, and FEC enforcement action support services. Katz’s approach combines a focus on the details with a system of constantly refining and honing processes and procedures.

Katz Compliance strives to be a provider of choice for left-of-center organizations, candidates, and committees in need of quality compliance services. We are eager to welcome more talented, reliable team members to support this mission.

  • Perform manual data entry of check, wire and other paper-based contribution backup into tracking spreadsheets and reporting software

  • Ensure contributions and disbursements are acceptable under law, timely entered into compliance software and properly reported

  • Prepare client financial statements and required filings in a timely manner and ensure all activity is conducted in compliance with federal and state campaign finance regulations

Make complex analyses and decisions: This person has strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail. This person enjoys the problem-solving process and is capable of communicating clearly. This person has experience in client-facing roles, and can communicate complex ideas while delivering excellent customer service.

Take initiative: This person is positive, has an energetic and eager attitude, and comes to the table with a proactive and solution-based mindset.
