Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and implementing campaign strategies across various channels including door-to-door outreach, phone-banking, and canvassing efforts

  • Engage with community members and potential customers through direct interactions, ensuring positive experiences and fostering relationships

  • Support the team in conducting voter surveys and gathering feedback to improve campaign effectiveness

  • Help coordinate promotional events and fundraising activities to maximize outreach impact

  • Develop compelling communication materials and scripts for canvassing, telemarketing, and customer engagement

  • Monitor campaign progress by tracking key metrics and providing regular updates to supervisors

  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas for outreach initiatives and improve existing processes

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse audiences

  • Previous supervising or leadership experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for guiding peers is valued

  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to reach broader communities effectively

  • Experience or interest in marketing, sales, customer service, or fundraising activities

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments

  • Willingness to engage in door-to-door canvassing, telemarketing, and other direct outreach methods

  • Excellent negotiation skills and a proactive attitude towards building relationships and closing opportunities
