Responsibilities
Assist in designing and implementing campaign strategies across various channels including door-to-door outreach, phone-banking, and canvassing efforts
Engage with community members and potential customers through direct interactions, ensuring positive experiences and fostering relationships
Support the team in conducting voter surveys and gathering feedback to improve campaign effectiveness
Help coordinate promotional events and fundraising activities to maximize outreach impact
Develop compelling communication materials and scripts for canvassing, telemarketing, and customer engagement
Monitor campaign progress by tracking key metrics and providing regular updates to supervisors
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas for outreach initiatives and improve existing processes
Requirements
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse audiences
Previous supervising or leadership experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for guiding peers is valued
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to reach broader communities effectively
Experience or interest in marketing, sales, customer service, or fundraising activities
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments
Willingness to engage in door-to-door canvassing, telemarketing, and other direct outreach methods
Excellent negotiation skills and a proactive attitude towards building relationships and closing opportunities
