Jonathan Treble's Campaign for AZ-01 is seeking a Field Director. The Field Director will report to and work with the Campaign Manager to build and execute a metrics-driven program, manage the day-to-day operations of the organizing plan, manage a team of organizers, and recruit/train/manage volunteers to achieve campaign goals. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Responsibilities:
Develop Field Strategy: Create a Field and GOTV Plan including voter contact targets, event ideas, and volunteer recruitment metrics.
Volunteer Recruitment: Recruit and manage a robust volunteer team
Direct Voter Contact: Lead canvass launches, phone banks, visibility events, and canvasser training.
Community Presence: Engage deeply with the community by building relationships with neighborhood leaders, community groups, and activists.
Data: Manage timely and accurate data collection in VAN and provide progress updates
Other duties as assigned by the Candidate or Campaign Manager, based on the needs of the campaign
Qualifications:
At least 2 cycle of campaign experience in a highly-competitive legislative or congressional campaign
Proficiency in G-Suite and VAN
Strong interpersonal skills, very well organized, and extremely detail oriented
Professional demeanor and willingness to adapt to a changing environment
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work a campaign’s irregular hours, including some nights and weekends
Access to cell phone, laptop, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation
