Duties and Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with coalitions partners, community leaders, advocacy organizations, and constituency groups.
Build grassroots support by reaching out to and persuading voters directly through door-to-door canvassing, phonebanking, and other direct voter contact (DVC) tactics.
Recruit, manage, and train a diverse team of volunteers in designated turfs across Pennsylvania.
Staff and or attend events that include but are not limited to: in-person canvasses, phonebanks, and community meetings.
Help create a program that reflects the needs of local communities in your assigned organizing region.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skills, Abilities, and Experience
Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
Ability to track and report data in a timely, consistent, and accurate manner.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proven ability to create a motivating, inclusive, and accountable team culture.
Fluency with NGP VAN and familiarity with modern data and digital organizing tools are a plus.
Willingness and ability to work full-time in a field office and travel within the assigned region.
Work hours will vary from standard office hours and include weekends.
Access to a reliable vehicle and cell phone.

The pay for this position starts at $19.47/hour with employer sponsored health, vision, and dental insurance.
