● Skilled at managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and meeting deadlines in

fast-paced campaign environments

● Comfortable using tools such as VAN/VoteBuilder, Mobilize, Google Workspace, and

digital organizing platforms

● At least 3 years experience in organizing, coalition management, or constituency

engagement on electoral, labor, or issue campaigns

● Must have transportation to attend events as needed

● Proficiency with Excel and Google Drive

● Willingness to work irregular hours including some nights and weekends, and travel

frequently throughout the state.

willingness to ask questions

● Ability to balance between competing priorities in a fast-paced, demanding environment

while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail
