Power the Polls is a first-of-its-kind initiative to recruit poll workers to ensure safe, fair elections for all voters. In 2020, America faced a record shortage of poll workers due to the coronavirus pandemic — and Power the Polls helped recruit over 700,000 people to help meet that challenge.
In 2022, Power the Polls relaunched its campaign to meet targeted poll worker needs in nearly 600 priority jurisdictions and mobilized over 265,000 potential poll workers — 70% of whom were recruited through our diverse coalition of corporate and nonprofit partners. Now, the work is already underway for our most significant year yet in 2024.
Power the Polls is hiring Partnerships Manager to manage our nonprofit partnerships for the 2024 cycle. This person is a proven coalition builder and mobilizer, highly organized, and excited to build and expand the cross-partisan Power the Polls coalition this year.
