Coordinated Campaign Director
The Democratic Party of Illinois (DPI) is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of Coordinated Campaign Director. The Coordinated Campaign Director will manage the 2024 General Election statewide program that will protect and expand Democratic control up and down the ticket.

What Will You Do?
The Coordinated Campaign Director (CCD) is responsible for working with key stakeholders to develop and manage a statewide coordinated campaign, including well-funded voter contact and direct mail programs.
Responsibilities Include:
In partnership with the Coordinated Table and DPI’s senior staff, design an overall coordinated program that includes Illinois Congressional Delegation, State Legislative Caucuses, the Illinois Democratic County Chairmen's Association, and competitive down ballot campaigns;
Execute a statewide voter contact and voter protection program, include investments in field and paid communications, to turn out Democratic voters in support of the Coordinated Table;
Build and maintain communications systems and relationships with Coordinated Table partners and other relevant external stakeholders to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of all organic and paid voter contact programs;
Hire and manage Coordinated Campaign and Party staff for the execution of the statewide Coordinated Campaign plan;
Oversee the budget for the Coordinated Campaign in partnership with DPI senior staff and assist in fundraising efforts to facilitate Coordinated Campaign programming
Who are you
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the tactics and tools needed to run an effective voter contact program and is a passionate promoter of Democratic values. They will be creative, highly organized, and a self-starter. An understanding of Illinois’ complex political and demographic landscape and familiarity with campaign finance law is preferred.
