A|L Media is an award-winning political media firm working for political candidates and issue-oriented campaigns across the country. We are hiring a Creative Director to join our talented production team for the mid-term election season. This is a contract position through early November.
The Creative Director position will lead our talented team in creating high quality content for campaigns across multiple platforms. From concept creation to deliverables, the CD will bring new ideas, possess a strong work ethic and propel the creative forward.
REQUIRED: SAMPLES OF WORK
Key Responsibilities:
Conceive ideas and execute concepts for advertising campaigns to include linear, digital and social formats
Collaborate with team members in creating content upholding client expectations and messaging; write strong, clear and concise scripts
Lead creative team of designers and editors in executing concepts thru to completion
Work within scope of budgets and timelines
Draft visual content; ie storyboards, concepts and decks
Articulate creative vision with in-field production crew, and direct motion and/or talent on set
Stay ahead of the curve; knowledgeable about new technologies and methods of Storytelling
Skills & Qualifications:
3 to 5+ years of experience in a Creative Director position or similar
Experience in overseeing creative team, directing artists
Experience in field directing, casting and working with actors
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment
Strong skill set in Adobe Suite
Must be available to work nights and weekends as needed
Must be willing to travel
