Key Responsibilities:
Manufacture high-quality custom iron-on patches according to customer designs and specifications.
Prepare materials, threads, backing, and patch components for production.
Operate and maintain embroidery and patch-making equipment.
Check finished patches for stitching quality, colours, sizing, and overall appearance.
Apply suitable heat-seal backing and prepare patches for delivery.
Work with designers and production staff to resolve design or manufacturing issues.
Maintain consistent quality and production standards.
