About the Opportunity
The Georgia Coordinated Campaign is seeking a highly motivated Data Associate to join our Team. Georgia
will be one of the most closely-watched states during the 2026 Midterm election cycle, and the Data
Department will play a critical role in ensuring our program is able to effectively and efficiently reach voters
across the state to re-elect U.S. Senator Jon Ossoff, elect Keisha Lance Bottoms as Governor, and elect
Democrats up and down the ticket.
The Data Associate will support the Data Team, as well as other Coordinated Departments, including
Organizing and Voter Protection. Ideal candidates will have a background in Campaigns. This position will
start as soon as possible, will report to the Deputy Data Director, and will be based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Responsibilities
● Maintain data standards to ensure data capture and hygiene
● Support the building of reports and tools for the Georgia Coordinated Campaign team in line with key
programmatic priorities
● Support other members of the Data Team to complete projects as necessary
● Work closely across campaign departments to collect, analyze, and present actionable insights that
inform strategic decisions.
● Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Capacity for learning on the job
● Experience with Google Sheets or Excel
● Commitment to equity and inclusion in working with staff and other stakeholders
● Capacity and desire to work long hours in a campaign setting
Nice-to-have Skills & Qualifications
● Experience using Data Visualization Tools
● Knowledge of a programming languages like SQL, R, or Python
● Campaign experience
Compensation and Location
The salary is $5,500 per month + $170 tech stipend per month. Applicants must live in or be willing to
relocate to Atlanta, GA. This position will come with benefits, including dental, vision and health insurance.
