Location: Arizona preferred: Hybrid, with a remote office structure. In-person events occur regularly with partner organizations.
Terms of Employment: Full-Time
Compensation: This position is full-time with a salary of 60-65k DOE with a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.

Position Description
One Arizona seeks an individual for the full-time position of Arizona Data Coordinator who is a self-starter and experienced with working in coalition spaces. The in-state progressive infrastructure offers partner organizations a range of voter file, data and targeting services. The Data Coordinator is broadly responsible for providing direct support, training and guidance for table led voter contact and civic engagement programs as well as building up the internal data capacity of table partners and their staff.
This position’s area of focus will be Quality Control and Field data support, and time management expectations for this role would be that the majority of your week would be dedicated to cross-collaboration with Field and partner organizations in order to support Data and Quality Control needs during programming.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Data Coordinator will include, but are not limited to:
Serve as the day to day point person for Quality Control activities for Field programs such as Voter Registration and GOTV
Would include, but not limited to:
Checking on important program KPI (key performance indicators) for canvassers and staff
Daily monitoring of canvasser data
Communication with Field staff and Data Director of any concerning trends or missed metrics
Attend weekly meetings for VR/GOTV programs; including partner specific meetings
Would include being able to speak on program status and quality control issues/successes
Be able to meet with partners and support with QC and programmatic data needs
Respond to Asana ticketing system requests related to area of focus
Be knowledgeable of table’s training materials and facilitate training and troubleshooting for partner organization and table staff as it relates to area of focus.
Assist the Data Director/Data Manager with SmartVAN and Blocks administration as assigned/needed. Tasks could include:
Managing support requests relevant to VR and GOTV
Creating user accounts in SmartVAN and Blocks
Creating Turfs in Blocks
Survey Question/Activist Code creation
Data cleanup for Field programs
Bulk Uploads/Mapping for program needs
Other Bonterra Suite product requests (e.g. EveryAction)
Serve as an additional point of contact regarding the table’s other tools and progressive data products as related to programming including, but not limited to:
Spoke/Scale to Win texting and dialing products
BigQuery
Support Data Manager and Data Director in coordinating data sharing needs with partners and stakeholders for the purpose of program coordination, evaluation, etc. Including:
Trackers/dashboards
Unique URL program
Turfing
Voter Verification Project data
GIS/Mapping
GOTV support during the 2026/28 Elections; weekends will be required leading up to Primary and General elections.
Provide additional support to progressive infrastructure staff and other responsibilities as assigned by the Data Director.
Qualifications
Candidates should have an understanding of common direct voter contact programs and at least one cycle of experience using data for program development in candidate or issue-based campaigns.
Experience working with people from BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) communities and ability to work with partners with various levels of data expertise.
Strong VAN skills are required.
Familiarity with other progressive online electoral/advocacy tools and constituent relationship management tools is a plus.

Candidates must have a willingness and aptitude to seek out and learn new technical skills that will further the mission of the Arizona infrastructure and assist in presenting data to partners in an accessible manner.
Candidates should have a diplomatic, professional approach to problem solving while working independently or on a team.
Ability to manage several tasks/projects concurrently and prioritize work effectively.
Must be a self-starter willing to work long irregular “campaign-style” hours and to travel as needed, especially during campaign season (i.e. June through November) The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of persistence and resourcefulness in solving technical and data problems.
Ability to communicate effectively, work well under pressure, be detail-oriented, and meet deadlines.
Reliable transportation as some travel during programming may be required.
Compensation
Salary is $60-65k DOE.
