**Position Title: **Quality Control Associate
Reporting Structure: Reports to the State Quality Control Director
**Rate of Pay: **The salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $66,000 a year based on experience.
Job Classification: Full-time, non-exempt
**Schedule: **Full-time, 50+ hours per week during peak times in the summer and fall and may include evenings and weekends
**Location: **Pittsburgh, PA
**Benefits: **RFS offers all full-time employees who remain with our team for more than three months full health care, dental, and vision benefits.
Position Summary
Revolution Field Strategies (RFS) is seeking talented, driven individuals for the role of Quality Control Associate, who will be responsible for managing the validation, and quality control of voter registration forms and door knocking data for RFS programs across the country.
Quality Control Associates will report directly to the Quality Control Director. This role is in Pittsburgh, PA.
Key Responsibilities
Review voter registration forms, signature collection forms, or door knocking data for various projects throughout the country for quality control purposes
Make phone verification calls to voters and registrants to elicit feedback for canvassers
Ensure reporting and accountability protocols are followed to provide up-to-date, actionable data and information to campaign leadership
Make phone calls on behalf of other departments for recruitment and scheduling purposes as requested
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to process data
Strong analytical skills
Ability and willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule, which can be expected to require 50+ hours per week during peak times in the summer and fall, and may include evenings and weekends.
Must possess a cell phone,laptop, and reliable internet connection
Plus Qualifications
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
Familiarity with Google Suite, NGP Van, and Blocks is preferred
