JOB DESCRIPTION

ABOUT US

The races that make majorities are won or lost by increasingly small margins, and tech can make the difference. DigiDems provides funding, expertise, and essential tech resources to keep Democrats competitive in the nation’s toughest races.

Since our founding in 2018, DigiDems has recruited, trained, and placed over 200 full-time technologists (Campaign DigiDems) on critical races across the country. Beyond bringing new tech skills into the Democratic ecosystem, the DigiDems program also focuses on diversifying the Democratic labor pool by placing an emphasis on recruiting and developing high-potential talent from marginalized groups.

We are currently seeking to hire our 2024 Campaign DigiDem Cohort to support must-win Congressional and State Party Coordinated campaigns across the country. We’re looking for a talented and passionate group of 51 individuals that are mission-driven, excel at creative problem-solving, and translating information into action. This year's cohort consists of three types of specialty technologists focused on data, digital communications, and digital mobilization on the races that will determine control of the White House, Senate, and House.
