We are now accepting applicants for a full time Fundraising Associate. The position will play a
critical role in raising individual and PAC Money for Democratic Candidates for Senate and House:
Responsibilities Include:
• Creating and managing quarterly finance plans for assigned clients.
• Planning and executing events including invitations, managing outreach to donors, donor
research and database management.
• Work in collaboration with team to meet assigned goals
• Set and communicate timelines and projects for self and team
• Management of the day to day for assigned clients
• Event & meeting staffing. Events can oftentimes be on the early or later side of the
traditional workday so flexibility is needed.
• Writing memos for assigned clients
• Ability to communicate finance plan status to clients as needed and on weekly team calls
• Comfortable staffing a Member of Congress or a senior level member of their team
• Responsible for call time materials, follow up and staffing Members
Qualifications:
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is required. Knowledge of NGP is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of previous fundraising experience or relevant campaign
experience.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work as part of a team is key to success in this position.
• Ability communicate with internal team and clients about the status of projects and goals is
very important.
• We are looking for a self-starter who is enthusiastic about Democratic politics.
