JOB DESCRIPTION

Will Rollins for Congress is seeking a Deputy Field Director to implement a robust constituency organizing program, assist in handling key campaign metrics and analytics, and help to manage the day to day operations of field organizers.

About the District and Candidate

California’s 41st Congressional District spans from western Riverside County (Corona, Lake Elsinore, and Menifee) out to Palm Springs and Palm Desert. The district includes two media markets: Los Angeles and Palm Springs.

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee has already named CA-41 as one of its “red to blue” targets for the 2024 cycle. The _Cook Political Report _is rating the district as a “toss up,” and the _National Journal _is calling it one of the 15 seats most likely to flip in 2024.

Will Rollins is a former counterterrorism and counterintelligence prosecutor. In 2022, in his first run ever for public office, Rollins gave extremist Republican Ken Calvert the closest midterm race he’s ever faced. Rollins was the only Democratic challenger in the state to win the independent vote, and performed closer to President Biden’s 2020 numbers by CA congressional district than any other challenger in the state.

Rollins launched his 2024 campaign with the endorsements of 30 members of the California delegation, including Speaker Emerita Pelosi and all 3 U.S. Senate candidates. You can learn more about Will and our campaign by visiting our website
