Tina for Oregon is looking for a full-time ** Deputy Finance Director** to join our finance team. The Deputy Finance Director will report to the Finance Director and play a key role in executing the campaign’s fundraising program, managing donor engagement, and supporting candidate-facing finance operations.
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with all members of the finance staff to execute the overall finance plan
Build and maintain robust prospecting and re-prospecting pipelines, including developing consistent back-up prospect lists
Pull and analyze donor lists to assess fit and prioritize outreach for prospecting and call time
Staff the candidate at in-state events, national travel, and fundraising trips
Manage donor tracking and engagement, ensuring accurate and timely donor management in NGP
Support advance and logistics for finance events and trips, including scheduling coordination
Support the planning and execution of in-state and national finance events
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
1-2 cycles of campaign finance or political fundraising experience required
Detail oriented self-starter with a strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership of wide-ranging responsibilities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities at once, meet key deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work weekends and nights as needed
Proficiency in NGP and G-Suite applications
Experience staffing a candidate, managing call time, or supporting finance operations is strongly preferred

Salary:$6,000-$7,000/month, commensurate with experience
