All on the Field (AOTF) runs paid canvassing and ballot-access programs across multiple states. We are hiring a Deputy Operations Director to support staffing, payroll, and logistics for our 2026 Mississippi canvass program.

Physical operations covers field office setup, supply logistics, and material distribution across a large and rural program footprint. This position cannot be performed entirely remotely.
