Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the advance operations for all of the events where the candidate is present, including:
Coordinating with hosts and organizers on the needs of the candidate of the campaign
Communicating the specifics of each event to relevant campaign staff
Physically advancing each location, ensuring that the event follows the agreed upon format and requirements
Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth event, including but not limited to: campaign staff, local organizers, elected officials, political partners, local authorities, vendors, security staff.
Assisting the Operations Director with basic administrative tasks, including:
Managing office needs and supplies
Receipt tracking
Taking notes and distributing meeting agendas as needed
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
