What Is The Fair Fight Fellows (FFF) Program?
Fair Fight Fellows is a paid-fellowship program for people interested in learning and participating in the effort to ensure free and fair elections for all. The Fellow’s time commitment will be 10 to 20 hours per week and hours are flexible to accommodate personal schedules; academic or otherwise. All fellows will receive a stipend of $1,600 per month.
Fellowships are three months in length and begin right away. If you are in an academic program and are chosen as a Fellow, Fair Fight Action will work with you to fulfill any academic requirements your school might have in order for you to receive credit for your internship.

What You’ll Learn
At the conclusion of the Fellows program, participants will be able to:
Identify efforts to discourage and disenfranchise voters in voter registration, ballot access, or counting of votes and the catastrophic effect it has on our democracy and our communities.
Construct viable solutions to combat voter suppression through one or more of the areas of focus in the Fellows program: communications, data & technology, fundraising, organizing, political, and voter protection.
Examine advocacy efforts for progressive values in Georgia such as criminal justice reform, reproductive justice and more.
Apply lessons learned in the Fellows program to combat voter suppression and support voting rights in their communities at home and abroad.
What You’ll Do
Fair Fight Action welcomes a wide range of applicants with diverse skill sets, particularly in the following departments:
Development: Fair Fight Action’s fundraising operation fuels the organization to accomplish its goals and programs through diverse donor streams such as; digital, events, individual donor meetings, briefings, and more.
Assist with donor digital and mailed inquiries and correspondence with our grassroots donors and donor databases NGP and ActBlue.
Collaborate with development team members to execute elements of fundraising, solicitation and programs including drafting call sheets and memos, assisting with donor research and other special departments projects and initiatives.
Work cross-departmentally to maintain and update the organization's finance tracker in Google Sheets, ensuring accurate reporting of all donations and expenditures.
Attend and assist with donor briefings and local fundraising events.
Assist with timelines and deliverables as needed.

Responsive and proactive communicator. FFFs ask questions when needed and complete assignments with little to no errors. Seek to improve processes and find efficiencies.
Reliable, trustworthy team player. FFFs are positive and keep their work and related materials confidential.
Detail oriented. FFFs can complete detailed tasks and have attention to detail. This role in particular will require a high degree of organization.
Proficient utilizing essential tools. FFFs have a solid knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite.

Being a Fair Fight Fellow
Fellows will be paid a monthly stipend of $1,600 for 10 to 20 hours of work per week. Note: stipend money is subject to taxes and withholdings. Fellowships range from 3 to 6 months.
