Digital and Advertising Strategist

Location: Remote (DC area preferred)

Salary: $72,000 per year ($6k monthly) + $500 monthly health care stipend

We provide full service digital fundraising services including email fundraising, text fundraising, and direct to donate ads. We strive to be on the leading edge of fundraising tech and data analytics to deliver the highest quality product at the best value possible.

 

About the role: the Digital and Advertising Strategist will be an integral part of an early-stage start up. They should have some digital fundraising experience, though exceptional candidates with other political experience will be considered. They will be the point person for our direct to donate ad campaigns, and also be deeply involved in the processes of email and text production and drafting. 

 

Preferred qualifications (If you meet some but not all of these, you are still encouraged to apply. Starred qualifications are essential). 

 

  • Impeccable attention to detail and time management.*

  • Strong desire to elect Democrats and win some of the toughest races in the country.*

  • An ability to write quickly and persuasively for clients of a variety of different viewpoints and voices.*

  • Experience planning and executing ad campaigns on Meta and Google. Direct to donate experience is preferred but not required.*

  • Ability to interface with clients and explain digital concepts to non-digital-natives. 

  • Experience in digital fundraising for Democrats, or any experience at a Democratic campaign, organization, or firm.

  • Understanding of digital fundraising technologies such as NGP, ActBlue, Switchboard, Google Sheets, and Substack.

  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS.

 

This position will have an end date of November 30, 2026 with the possibility of extension.
