Our clients touch a variety of issue areas spanning from reporting hate to voter engagement. The Digital and Cultural Organizer is responsible for making sure that marketing partners can help share information and content with their communities to drive engagement in key programs. This role is based in Southern California and is majority remote with some in-person events attendance required.

This is a full time, 6 month contract position with the opportunity for advancement.

Monthly pay is $6,500-7,000 commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • You’re a digital native -- or at least think like one -- and deeply understand digital outreach, communications platforms, and social media

  • Invested in TaskForce’s vision and mission for positive change through arts and culture

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, to take direction, to receive feedback, and to execute tasks accordingly

  • High-touch communicator, able to build and maintain multiple relations at the personal and organization level
