JOB DESCRIPTION

Bantam is looking for a Digital Campaign Manager who is enthusiastic about renewable energy and is eager to execute cutting-edge digital marketing strategies to organize and activate our project communities on behalf of our clean energy projects. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and skilled project manager with a keen analytical mindset. They should have a proven track record of running successful political organizing campaigns on various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google Ads, YouTube, and more.

 

This individual possesses dynamic thinking abilities and can lead client conversations around digital strategy, objectives, and results. This individual should also have proficient website experience with the ability to make changes to webflow sites and backend setup.

 

Job Responsibilities: 

Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:

  • Plan and implement cutting-edge digital marketing strategies to engage and mobilize project communities.

  • Utilize platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google Ads, YouTube, and others to drive effective campaigns.

  • Comfortable with setting up conversion tracking and website analytics to track points of engagement

Community Organization and Activation:

  • Organize and activate project communities through digital channels.

  • Foster engagement and participation in renewable energy initiatives.

Effective Communication:

  • Serve as an excellent communicator, both internally and externally.

  • Lead regular client conversations on strategy, objectives, and campaign results.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and expectations.

Project Management:

  • Demonstrate strong project management skills to ensure the successful execution of grassroots organizing campaigns.

  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve desired outcomes.

Analytical Skills:

  • Apply a keen analytical mindset to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

  • Regularly analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine strategies and improve results.

  • Communicate effectively all findings to clients with improvement recommendations 

Website Management:

  • Possess proficient experience in website management, particularly with Webflow sites.

  • Ability to make changes to websites and manage backend setups effectively.

  • Create campaign landing pages to drive lead generation.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for improvement in campaign processes and implement enhancements.

  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
