As Digital Communications Manager, you will drive a “surround-sound” digital strategy to steward our donors, build our digital pipeline, scale up donor acquisition, and level up our digital fundraising.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Website Strategy
Maintain and refresh our websites: movement.vote and movementvoterfund.org.
Optimize our sites for donor acquisition and stewardship, user accessibility, and other goals.
Analyze performance and iterate to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
Email Marketing
Manage our email program across all segments, with a focus on our small and mid-level donors.
Lead and scale our digital fundraising program while preserving our "anti-salesy" brand.
Optimize performance through rigorous testing, automations, and ongoing iteration.
Social Platforms
Lead and execute our social strategy and grow our audience and reach across social platforms.
Strategically maximize engagement in digital communities ripe with ideal donor prospects.
Build our pipeline for converting followers into email subscribers and lifelong donors.
Creator Partnerships (Pilot Phase)
Recruit and manage a network of digital creators to amplify MVP to new audiences.
Collaborate on creator-driven content that positions MVP as a leader in political giving.
Monitor partnerships to identify, cultivate, and steward high-potential leads.
Digital Ads (Pilot Phase)
Pilot, test, and scale ad campaigns to acquire high-potential email subscribers and donors.
Strategically target and qualify prospects for our major and small-dollar donor pipelines.
Optimize ad creative and ad spend to maximize high-quality acquisition and minimize costs.
Digital Asset Management
Manage, maintain, and expand our internal library of graphics, photos, videos, and other assets.
Lead the creation of digital assets that we can use across our communication channels.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Great collaborator: Spirit of service, clear communicator, flexible, adaptive, eager for feedback.
Count-on-able: Well-organized, keeps promises, impeccable project/time management.
Donor-attuned: Genuinely loves donors, sees through their eyes, and knows their needs.
Brand-conscious: Will scale our digital comms while honoring the MVP brand + writing style.
Tech-fluent: Google Suite (Cal, Docs, Sheets), Slack, and web/email/social marketing tools.
Digital strategist: Proven excellence and strategic acumen in digital comms & marketing.
Decent designer: Able to create compelling, on-brand graphics in Canva and/or Google Slides.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Deep experience in web, SEO, GEO, email, social, and digital ad strategy and execution.
Background and proficiency in sales, marketing, organizing, and progressive fundraising.
Familiarity with and appreciation for multi-entity legal compliance.
Fluency with Airtable, Salesforce, Payload (or other CMS’s), and MVP’s social platforms.
Experience and proficiency in any of the following areas: creator partnerships, visual storytelling, graphic design, video and multimedia production, and/or media relations.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 (based on skills and experience)

Full-time, remote, exempt position
Some travel is required for team retreats and conferences (~10%)
