Position Overview: The Digital Content Manager is responsible for executing the coordinated campaign’s digital content strategy to persuade voters, recruit volunteers, and amplify campaign messaging across Nevada. This role will lead day-to-day content production, social media execution, and digital storytelling across platforms, while collaborating closely with the Communications and Research teams to translate campaign messaging, rapid response, and research priorities into compelling digital content.
The Digital Content Manager will work cross-functionally with organizing, political, and data teams to support voter engagement, audience growth, and Democratic victories up and down the ballot.
Core Responsibilities
Content Creation & Digital Storytelling
Write, edit, and publish content across all social media, website, and other digital platforms that uplift NV Dems' narrative
Develop compelling graphics, videos, toolkits, and multimedia assets that support the state party and Democratic candidates
Produce rapid-response content tied to breaking news, earned media, debates, and campaign moments
Ensure all content reflects campaign messaging, tone, and brand standards
Identify creative opportunities to tell stories that motivate voters and volunteers
Social Media Management
Manage the campaign’s day-to-day presence across social media platforms
Maintain and execute content calendars to ensure consistent, timely publishing
Monitor platform trends, audience sentiment, and emerging opportunities for growth
Engage audiences through comments, direct messages, and community management as appropriate
Recommend platform-specific strategies to maximize reach and engagement
Strategic Collaboration
Work closely with Communications and Research teams to translate messaging priorities and opposition research into effective digital content
Partner with Organizing and GOTV teams to promote events, trainings, and volunteer opportunities
Coordinate with Political and Coalition teams to elevate stakeholders, community voices, and campaign moments
Collaborate with Data team to inform audience targeting and content performance strategy
Analytics & Optimization
Track and analyze content performance, audience growth, and engagement metrics
Recommend adjustments to improve reach, conversion, and overall digital effectiveness
Test new creative formats, messaging approaches, and platform tactics
Produce regular reports and insights for campaign leadership
Program Support
Support digital activation efforts during early vote and Election Day
Assist with livestreams, events, surrogate visits, and major campaign moments as needed
Help maintain digital asset libraries, templates, and internal systems
Support additional campaign digital priorities as assigned
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
2+ years of digital content, communications, campaign, nonprofit, or advocacy experience
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills across multiple formats and audiences
Experience managing social media accounts and content calendars
Experience creating content for major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Experience with email platforms, CRMs, or CMS systems
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining strong attention to detail
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across departments
Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license
Ability to move to Las Vegas, Nevada by May 18th, 2026
