JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Remote (DC area preferred)

Salary: $96,000 per year ($8k monthly) + $500 monthly health care stipend

We provide full-service digital fundraising services including email fundraising, text fundraising, and direct-to-donate ads. About the role: The Digital Director will be the second in command of a small startup. They should have multiple cycles of experience in digital fundraising for Democrats. They will help provide strategic direction in copy, acquisition, targeting, and tactics. 

 

Essential qualifications: 

 

  • Impeccable attention to detail and time management.

  • Strong desire to elect Democrats and win some of the toughest races in the country.

  • An ability to write quickly and persuasively for clients of a variety of different viewpoints and voices.

  • Ability to interface with clients and explain digital concepts to non-digital natives.

  • Multiple cycles of experience digital fundraising for Democrats.

  • Understanding of digital acquisition tactics. 

  • Understanding of digital fundraising technologies such as NGP, ActBlue, Switchboard, Google Sheets, and Substack.

  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
