Cooper for North Carolina (CFNC) is looking to hire a full-time Digital Fundraising Associate to join our growing Digital team based in Raleigh, North Carolina. The Digital Fundraising Associate will report to the Deputy Digital Fundraising Director and help drive our online fundraising operation. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, money-hungry, and hard-working.
Qualifications:
Prior experience with online fundraising preferred, but candidates with a background in producing emails, texts and/or digital ads for an advocacy organization or nonprofit are encouraged to apply
Demonstrated interest in politics and Democratic campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated team player
Ability to work non-traditional hours as needed
Experience working with ActBlue, ActionKit, or other CRMs is encouraged but not required
Responsibilities:
Support the Deputy Digital Fundraising Director with day-to-day fundraising team functions
Assist with brainstorming and writing content for email and SMS
Assisting the Deputy Digital Fundraising Director with the partner fundraising program, drafting bespoke content and tracking inbound and outbound content
Assisting with other campaign-related activities as needed
All other duties as assigned
Compensation
Salary: $6,000 per month.
Healthcare premium covered by campaign.
Hours: Full-time position. This position’s schedule will vary based on the needs of the campaign and point in the cycle, and is likely to require evening and weekend work over the course of the election cycle.
