About Resilient Strategies LLC

Resilient Strategies (RS) is an organization that provides a robust and values-aligned infrastructure that is nimble, agile and responsive to program, political and campaign demands while maintaining compliance and efficiency for its partner organizations working for social justice. Within the Resilient Strategies Network, partner organizations can tap into the benefits of easily sharing staff and resources across multiple political projects (whether they be 501c3s, 501c4s, PACs, or other entities) with a consolidated backend to handle financial and legal services, cost allocation, human resources, payroll/benefits management, grants and contract management, technology infrastructure and support, and other core services.

Resilient Strategies partners with key grassroots organizations led by working class people of color. As a movement operations organization, we believe in building thoughtful systems that support a people-powered movement. Providing backend support to our partner organizations increases their ability to build power and fight for justice in working-class communities of color.

While the Digital Security Program Manager will primarily focus on select California organizations, the larger security program they design will also be operationalized within the Resilient Strategies network of ~50 partner organizations. The Digital Security Program Manager role will be housed within the RS Movement Technology department and will work with the Tech Support Team Lead to implement digital security recommendations for both select organizations and network partner organizations.
