ABOUT THIS ROLE

TML@O is seeking a Digital Senior Account Executive to support its quickly growing roster of clients. This role requires 3-4 years of relevant experience in digital strategy and marketing including social media and email programs. You will lead projects, produce/edit digital content, partner with clients who will come to depend on your digital insights and help grow the practice.

A Digital Senior Account Executive will be assigned to work in a specific channel focus and may collaborate with other divisions and teams as needed. This person will be asked to work on a range of projects, including longer-term and day-to-day/immediate tasks assigned by their team.

The following focus areas are available:

  • **Social Media Management: **Content production, posting, community management, reporting, calendar management, supporting social media strategy development, etc.

  • **Email Marketing: **Content production, CRM and list management, testing, reporting, calendar management, supporting email strategy development, etc.

  • **Copywriting: **Copywriting, specifically for digital channels including social media (LinkedIn, Meta, X, and beyond) and email marketing, supporting the development of clients’ voice and tone guidelines for digital channels

**Role location: **This role is based in our New York, N.Y. or Washington, D.C. office on a hybrid basis. The TML@O team is in-office at least 3 days per week.

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

As a Digital Senior Account Executive on our TML@O team, you will be…

  • Supporting the development of day-to-day client deliverables

  • Developing and tracking work plans; delegating tasks, ensuring all team members are getting exposure and experience

  • Producing effective reporting for clients on social media and email campaigns

  • Working across account teams to bring digital engagement best practices to a diverse array of clients

  • Conducting audits and producing reports of our clients’ online work and analyzing results and metrics

  • Developing content calendars and longer-term digital strategies for clients and ensuring strategies are implemented and iterated on as necessary

  • Conceptualizing content streams and tactical approaches to digital mediums that bring the client’s digital strategy to life

  • Drafting near-final materials such as social content, emails, etc. where there is existing messaging

  • Proactively proposing creative strategies to help clients achieve their organizational goals—studying a client’s goals and challenges and proposing digital-based solutions

  • Producing content for social and email campaigns, including writing and visual direction

  • Playing a role in client digital strategy development

  • Reviewing content produced by other staff members, as necessary

Essential skills:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience supporting creative digital communications and campaigns

  • At least one year of full-time or interning experience in a client-facing role

  • A creative eye for identifying compelling content and packaging it to elevate a brand or campaign

  • A keen understanding of communications metrics and their impacts

  • An ability to handle multiple assignments (and accounts) at once, work quickly and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with all levels of company staff, clients and vendors

  • Reliable self-organization systems and strong attention to detail

  • Demonstrated research and problem-solving skills

  • Strong desire to be a team player and the ability to work with a team to achieve group objectives

**Compensation philosophy: **Orchestra offers competitive industry rate salary bands with the goal of retaining and growing talented individuals. We regularly review and adjust our compensation structure as needed to ensure equity across teams and levels.

Salary range (commensurate with experience and skills): $80,000-$95,000
