As Director of Campaigns, you’ll lead client projects from kickoff to final delivery. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to campaigns, manage internal workflows, and help drive creative development and production. You’ll also take an active role in supporting firm operations and mentoring junior staff.
Thisis a remote, 6 month contract position. Candidates must be based in the U.S.
Lead creative strategy, production, and design for direct mail and other client deliverables
Serve as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and expectations are met
Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple campaigns and internal teams
Support junior team members through mentorship and project leadership
Work closely with the partners on internal communications, systems, and operational support
Help create and improve internal processes and project management systems
Split time approximately 50% client work, 50% internal firm operations
Creating written marketing content, organizing and executing marketing meetings, and managing CRM data to help position
Conducting research on market trends and identifying emerging client needs
Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on business development activities and outcomes
Other duties as assigned
At least 2 election cycles in a mid- to senior-level role on campaigns, in political consulting, or related fields
Experience with direct mail, creative development, or print production
Strong project management skills and the ability to lead complex workflows
Experience managing or mentoring staff
Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
Comfort working across time zones with remote colleagues and clients
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Copper, or similar)
A high standard of excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to self-direct
This is a remote position, 6 month contract position. We operate primarily during Central Time hours and expect team members to be available 9am–6pm CT, with flexibility as campaign demands require. We believe in healthy work-life balance and actively support our team through flex hours and remote-first policies.
Monthly salary: $5,000 – $6,000 (dependent on location and experience)
**Bonuses: **End-of-cycle bonus based on performance
