About OutVote

OutVote is a national, youth-led nonprofit dedicated to mobilizing Gen Z LGBTQ+ voters through digital organizing, community power-building, and civic education. Founded in 2024, OutVote equips queer and trans youth with the tools, training, and peer networks needed to combat misinformation, build trust in democratic participation, and drive measurable civic engagement.

Job Summary

The Director of Programming will oversee the design, execution, and growth of all OutVote programming nationwide, including the OutVote Fellowship Program and OutVote's digital organizing work in 2026. This role will ensure seamless coordination across programs to advance OutVote’s mission of mobilizing Gen Z LGBTQ+ youth through digital organizing, leadership development, and civic engagement. The Director will lead day-to-day operations of these programs, cultivate partnerships with allied movement organizations, and represent OutVote at conferences, events, and strategic convenings across the country. Occasional travel will be required.
