**Job Description: **As a Director, Political Digital Advertising, you'll work with a diverse range of clients, including political campaigns, corporations, associations, nonprofits, and issue advocacy groups. Your role is pivotal in delivering impactful creative and innovative media campaigns to help clients achieve their goals.
Lead digital paid media efforts for political clients, with a focus on planning, buying, and reporting
Create fully integrated, client-ready media plans that are aligned with campaign goals and ensure strategic use of their resources
Collaborate with internal teams to manage timelines and budgets
Work with vendors and self-serve platforms to execute digital campaigns. This includes Facebook, Google, and more, and orchestrating direct buys with publisher
Produce external reports with KPIs and recommendations for optimizations to meet campaign goals
Stay current with digital creative trends to advise on asset production tailored to client targets and goals
Track record of managing many projects at once, including ones with fast-moving timelines with changing priorities
Experience setting up ads on platforms like Facebook, Google, and Snapchat, and orchestrating direct buys with publishers and connected TV/programmatic partners
Ability to directly communicating including clients, senior leadership, and working directly with ad partners
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to thorough quality assurance processes, especially under tight deadlines
Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Adaptability to a fast-paced environment, skilled in juggling multiple tasks with tight deadlines. Along with an ability to work independently
Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office tools, including Sheets/Excel, Docs/Word, and Presentations/PowerPoint
SKDK is committed to pay equity. SKDK believes the target base compensation in this role is between $70,000-$100,000. In addition to base salary, SKDK considers other key components as part of total compensation, including but not limited to an annual discretionary bonus, commission on new business, and a comprehensive benefits package. Actual base compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, such as skillset, level of experience, and location.
